A great wedding event organized in Udaipur!

Udaipur is quite popular among people both in India as well as abroad for organizing a spectacular destination wedding. The range of places this formerly princely state offer provides an unparalleled range of options of wedding venues that few other places in India can compete with. The majestic princely palaces (many of them have been converted into five-star hotels) provides the perfect venue for a fairytale wedding for those who have deep pockets to organize them.

Whenever an event of that scale is organized in this beautiful Pink city, people try to hire the top wedding photographer inUdaipur to ensure that their beautiful time is captured perfectly on films. One such event was organized recently in one of the famous venues where many other such events have been organized in the past. Both the bride and the groom were NRIs and were looking to give a traditional touch to their wedding ceremony by organizing it in India.

As one of the best wedding photographers in Udaipur, the organizers asked us to cover this event and also conduct a pre-wedding photo shoot for the couple in some of the beautiful locales of the city. The whole experience for our team was excellent as the bride and the groom were very sporting by patiently posing for us in different locations. They were also very helpful in giving us tips on what kind of photos they were looking for their pre-wedding shoots. This allowed us to strategize our photo shoot campaign in such a way that it fulfilled the way they wanted us to conduct the photo shoot. We took many photos of the couple in the early morning when the sun rays were gently falling on them as well as in the evening when the sparkling LED lights brought about a beautiful look to their pictures.

The wedding event was a three-day long affair that comprised of the Mehendi ceremony, the actual wedding ceremony and the Vidai. The organizers had seen to it that everything went according to the plan and the event was concluded without a hitch. As a wedding photographer, we made a plan for how to cover the different events of the ceremony as well as the interaction with between the guests. This helped us to ensure that the album we produced at the end of our shoot showed a complete picture of that beautiful event.

As our team (three photographers and three Lightman) has great expertise in candid photography, we first strategized how to shoot pictures in a way that will help us to capture the people enjoying this event in their natural element. Once we have made the plan, the next part was to mix freely with the guests so that they were comfortable with our presence amongst them (which helped us a great deal in clicking some great moments). We also talk to the wedding organizers to learn about the various stages of the ceremony so that we knew which important part of the wedding ceremony would happen at what time and at what place. Once we have finalised that then it was just figuring out the best place from which to shoot great pictures of the couple and their guests.

After the wedding ceremony was concluded, we edited the photos and presented the couple with a beautifully designed wedding album filled with amazing pictures of that event. The couple were very pleased with the end result and thanked us profusely for our professionalism and skills. We are also happy that we were able to satisfy our clients and contributed a little bit in one of their most important day in the life.
